Our offices are open from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday. However, we operate our transportation services 24/7 to accommodate your schedule at any time.

How much notice is needed to book a reservation?

While we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance due to high demand, we strive to meet your needs at any notice. If a RoadStallion isn’t available, we’ll provide an alternative vehicle solution.

How do I get a receipt?

Receipts are automatically generated and emailed when you book directly with RoadStallion.

Why might the charged amount differ from the quoted amount?

The final amount may exceed the initial quote if your service time extends beyond the agreed period or if additional costs like tolls or requested extras occur. We aim for transparency and include all potential costs in our initial quotes.
